Last Updated: October 2026 • mpsafar.com
1. Mandatory Statutory Notice Regarding Government Permits
mpsafar.com is an independent wildlife tour curation and expedition planning platform. We are not the official Madhya Pradesh Forest Department portal, nor do we represent ourselves as a government body.
All official entry permits for all Madhya Pradesh tiger reserves (Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Pench, Panna, Satpura, Sanjay-Dubri, Madhav, Ratapani, Veerangana Durgavati) are issued directly by the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department through their designated official portal: forest.mponline.gov.in. Submitting an enquiry on mpsafar.com does not guarantee a real-time government safari permit.
2. Nature of Services Provided
mpsafar.com provides customized wildlife itinerary curation, verified eco-lodge and resort reservations, registered 4x4 Maruti Gypsy allocation assistance, certified naturalist guides, and airport/railway transfers.
3. Identity Proof & Forest Gate Check-in Rules
It is mandatory for all visitors to carry the exact original physical photo ID (Passport for Foreign Nationals; Passport, Aadhaar Card, or Voter ID for Indian Nationals) used during safari permit facilitation. Entry denial by forest gate officers due to name mismatch or lack of physical ID is governed strictly by MP Forest rules and mpsafar.com shall not be held liable.
4. Cancellation, Weather, and Park Closures
Government forest permits are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued as per MP Forest Department policy. In case of unexpected park closures due to unseasonal extreme weather, VIP movements, or government directives, refund policies of the individual lodge partners and vehicle operators will apply.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
